Starting from June 2026, the Development Bureau (DEVB) requires front-line Resident Site Staff (RSS) and contractors’ supervisory staff under public works contracts to wear Body-Worn Video Cameras (BWVCs) during site inspections, enhancing site safety management, quality control and project monitoring.
