Equipped with high-definition cameras, the system monitors the tower crane’s working area in real time. AI automatically detects unsafe behaviors such as personnel entering danger zones, failure to wear safety gear, or improper command operations, and issues instant alarms. When an alarm is triggered, the system automatically records and saves key video footage from 10 seconds before and after the event.
Hook Visualization:
The system uses a customized 2-megapixel, 20x optical zoom HD PTZ camera. Combined with height and amplitude sensors, it calculates the real-time position of the hook and enables automatic tracking. This feature eliminates the hazards of “blind lifting” or “lifting over obstacles,” allowing operators to clearly view the current lifting scene in real time through the display screen.
